Here you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about my commissions, shop, shipping, and tattoo tickets.

Commissions

  • Please fill out the Commission Form with as much detail as possible about what you’d like. I’ll review your request and get back to you with a quote and any further questions.

  • Prices depend on the type and complexity of the commission. After reviewing your request, I’ll provide you with a personalised quote.

  • My usual turnaround time is around 2–4 weeks from the date your commission is accepted. More detailed pieces may take longer, and I’ll let you know if this applies to your commission.

  • Yes! I accept both personal and business/commercial commissions. Commercial work may have additional fees depending on how the artwork will be used.

  • Full payment is required before I begin working on your commission. Once payment has been received, your commission will be added to my queue.

  • I’ll provide opportunities for feedback during the process, but major changes requested after approval may require an additional fee. I’ll always discuss this with you beforehand.

  • Personal commissions are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially, reproduced for sale, or used on merchandise. Commercial usage must be agreed upon beforehand.

  • Payments are non-refundable once your commission has been accepted and work has begun. If you have any concerns, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.

Shop + Shipping

  • I currently ship worldwide excluding the EU. This is because of the current PPWR regulations, but I am in the process of applying! I will update my socials when EU shipping is available. Shipping options and prices will be shown at checkout.

  • Orders are usually packed and dispatched within a few working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

  • Please check my Returns & Refunds policy for full details. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

  • Please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging so I can look into it for you.

  • Yes! ♡ I’m always working on new designs and products, so keep an eye on the shop and my social media for future releases.

  • Some products may be available as pre-orders. If so, the product page will clearly state that it is a pre-order and provide the expected timeframe.

  • If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Tattoo Tickets

  • A tattoo ticket gives you permission to have one of my designs tattooed by a tattoo artist of your choice.

  • Choose the design you’d like, purchase a ticket, and take it to your chosen tattoo artist when booking your appointment. The tattoo itself is paid for separately to your tattoo artist.

  • There is no set price for a tattoo ticket. Instead, donations are greatly appreciated and help support me as an independent artist. ♡

  • No. Each ticket is valid for one tattoo of the selected design.

  • Yes! You can take your ticket to any tattoo artist you’d like. I recommend choosing an artist whose style and experience suits the design.

  • Small adjustments for placement or tattooing purposes can be discussed with your tattoo artist, but the original artwork should remain recognisable. Please contact me if you would like significant changes to the design.

  • If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

  • No. Your ticket only gives you permission to have the selected artwork tattooed once for personal use. The artwork cannot be reproduced, resold, used commercially or turned into merchandise.

  • No. The artwork remains my intellectual property. The ticket simply gives you permission to have the design tattooed.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Tattoo tickets/donations are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you can’t find an existing artwork you’d like to get tattooed, you’re welcome to submit a commission request describing your idea. The artwork will then be priced as a regular commission based on the details and complexity of your request.
